Methode Cap Classique 2009
Made in the classic traditional style, it shows a light golden hue with a fine mousse. The complex aromas of freshly baked scones, roasted almonds and pine forest, is followed by a delicate taste of fresh pineapple juice with a crisp acidity and great balance, that leads to a lingering clean finish.

Chenin Blanc Osiris Barrel Selection 2010
An elegant example of a cool climate Chenin Blanc. A golden glow with a pale straw shine on the eye. Slightly citrusy, showing subtle peach with the warm undertones of almond on the nose. This follows through to a voluptuous finish of apricot, vanilla and grapefruit with a suggestion of honey.

Directors Blend 2011
Citrus aromas with a swirl of candyfloss on the nose. A tropical medley with an undertone of peach and citrus on the palate. A wine to savour and enjoy!

Sauvignon Blanc 2011
Pale gold with lime green edge. An interesting combination of lime, litchi and granadilla on the nose. The full palate presents ripe melon with a citrusy grapefruit finish.

Chenin Blanc 2011
Translucent straw with a green tinge on the eye. Good tropical fruit with pineapple and green apple on the nose which follows through with a lingering aftertaste.

Lunch Ladies Rose 2011
Pale cherry red colour. Intense bouquet of raspberry and strawberry is followed by a candyfloss like taste of red berry fruit and a zippy acidity.

Caresse Marine Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Clear on the eye with a lime edge. A summer fruit salad of guava, melon, lime and a hint of granadilla. Pure on the nose with voluptuous tropical and citrus palate.

Pinotage Osiris Barrel Selection 2009
Deep purple with ruby edge. An underlying nose of dark plums and raspberry layered with the romantic fragrances of frangipani, jasmine and coconut. Strawberries, blueberries and plums on the palate indicative of cool terroir complexity.

Shiraz 2009

Purple colour with a ruby tinge. This elegant wine has a complex nose of cinnamon, fynbos, deep black berries and candied citrus. The palate is full and fruity with a lingering aftertaste of spice and super smooth tannins.

Pinotage 2009
From low-yielding vineyards, matured in small oak barrels. This wine shows plummy fruit and spicy wood aromas on the nose. The palate is fresh and fruity with silky tannins and a long pleasing aftertaste.

Merlot 2009

Dark ruby centre with a red edge. Hints of cinnamon, stewed apricots and fynbos on the nose. A smooth filling palate combining black currant and spice.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
A subtle bouquet harmoniously woven with herbs, spice and blackcurrants. This follows through with silkiness and a hint of cigar on the palate.

Cabernet Franc Merlot 2009

Lighter garnet with red ruby edge on the eye. Bell peppers, cinnamon and plums on the nose with an interesting mix of mulberry, ripe cherries and coconut complimented by good toastiness from oak barrel maturation on the palate.
